Kim Prevost and guitarist Bill Solley have been racing the high road to success since winning the 1999 “BET on Jazz” Vocal Discovery Award. As one critic states " The kind of chemistry that Prevost & Solley so effortlessly reveal comes along only once in a blue moon. Think Joe Pass & Ella Fitzgerald in their classic Pablo encounters of the early '70s...with a modernist spin." - Bill Milkowski, writer for Jazz Times Magazine.
Individually and together, they’ve performed with musical greats such as Arturo Sandoval & Bobby Mc Ferrin to Nine Inch Nails, Both artists are natives of the birthplace of jazz, New Orleans.

Kim Prevost & Bill Solley Quartet
Kim & Bill return to perform the iconic Monk's Jazz Club in Austin ,Texas on Friday, September 8, 2023, beginning at 9 PM. The quartet will feature the duo joined by drummer Adam Jackson and saxophonist Michael Malone. The four are bringing jazz, improvisation and soul to the Monks Jazz stage. This is a live-taping, so Monk's will be enforcing a whisper-policy! Cold bottles of still and sparkling water will be available for purchase, but this event is BYOB.
